Hobbico Avistar Select 40 - Carl Fossa - Christiansburg, VA
171KB
I modified the PT-40 trainer with a semi-symmetrical airfoil and measurements from my Hobbico Avistar Select 40. The settings are tweaked so that it flies just like my real model. Thanks to Eric Kler for making some adjustments that made the plane more stable. Use the Avistar trim scheme previously submitted by Dave.

This plane uses the Patriot plane body style but it has been modified with a large turbine to achieve max speed. Control surfaces have been modified so go get better response. It actually flies really good, except real fast.

AeroWorks X300S - Bill Mathis - Denver, CO
171KB
Here's a version of the AeroWorks X300S Profile with my colorscheme and an edited OS160FX. It flies and does 3D like the real thing. It is setup to work with the standard RF Futaba controller. CG is set to 0 and can be moved back for more sensitivity.

Malchione F-4 - Chris Santus - Ambler, PA
171KB
This is my model of a F-4 Phantom II flown by a local guy Dave Malchione Jr. He flys at my club and is an amazing pilot for being so young. As a matter of fact, he is the youngest pilot ever to attend Top Gun and he took 3rd place! His Phabulous Phantom is manufactured by BVM and is powered by a RAM 1000 and the model was built by Sam Leonard for Dave.
